Prenzlauer Berg's popular cruising bar celebrates 20 years of its existence
Now hitting the 20-year mark, Greifbar is still going strong. The Prenzlauer Berg cruising bar not only offers the thrill of the chase with its cosy, labyrinthian darkroom; its drink specials also make it a nice spot for a nightcap with the buddies. Tonight’s birthday tunes come courtesy of DJ Redtomcat (pictured).

Greifbar is one of the oldest cruising bars in the east of Berlin. The dark, murky atmosphere, the exposed brick walls and the iron rods bring to mind American gay bars from 80s movies and TV shows. Women may enter when accompanied by a man.
