There will certainly be a few tears shed tonight: the closing of Serene means the closing of Berlin’s last remaining lesbian bar. The farewell party features an indomitable DJ lineup including Kitty Vader (pictured), Frida, Hurricane, Marsmaedchen and many more. Here’s to one last time!

Gar nicht so kleine Bar, gleich ums Eck vom Mehringdamm, die Samstags (Girls Dance) zum Lesbentreffpunkt erklärt wurde. So ist es nun, Samstags ist die Bude rappelvoll, es wird zu Mainstream-Mix-Discoklängen getanzt oder gekickert. (Foto: Petra Falk)
