In German, 11 is just as important number as 10, since it’s a Schnapszahl (as in, you’re seeing double because you drank too much schnapps). Berlin’s concrete techno mecca is celebrating its 11th birthday with a lineup including DJs Kim Ann Foxman (pictured), Answer Code Request, Steffi and a ton more.

No doubt about it, Berghain is one of the most famous clubs in the world. The techno temple, including the Panorama Bar as well as the gay sex club Lab.oratory beneath, is impressively situated in an old power plant and brings in a widely mixed, international audience. Be sure to plan in a long wait at the queue outside during peak hours on the weekends.
