The legendary gay indie party says goodbye for good
SchwuZ’s monthly indie party was formative for much of Berlin’s alternative gay scene. Tonight is the end of an era: its twelfth anniversary edition will also be the last. Promoter Michael von Fischbach has gathered a special goodbye lineup, with DJs The/Das (pictured) and Exildiscount, I Heart Sharks live and more.

In existence since 1977, SchwuZ is one of Berlin's most beloved queer institutions. A nightclub with three dancefloors and bars, it serves a platform for LGBTI* subculture in Neukölln and the city at large. Since 2021 the Pepsi Boston Bar opens its doors during the week and welcomes Queers & Friends.
