Last fall, trans activist and performer Kay Garnellen (pictured) contracted severe meningitis and was unable to work to support himself. Now the local queer scene is stepping in, organizing a benefit with a show and a raffle. Tonight’s performers include Kaey, Kay P. Rhina, Amanda Cox and Peanut Envy.
