The mini music festival with a Middle-Eastern touch hosts a special Xmas edition
For tonight’s Christmas Eve edition, the party/concert series Zembîl is upgrading from Südblock to SO36. Resident band Adirjam (pictured) plays psyche- rock with queer lyrics and a Middle-Eastern flair. Joining them are Fatma Souad and a troupe of dance performers. Plus, a raffle supporting Free LGBT Egypt!

SO36 has been a music hotspot in Kreuzberg since the 70s, at least in the part of the district formerly known by its postal code of Süd-Ost 36. Its profile has changed over the decades, but it's still home to long-established events such as the Middle-Eastern club night Gayhane as well as punk concerts.
