The Disabled and Crazy Celebrate Pride Parade is a self-organised alliance that organises an annual parade for people with disabilities and crisis experiences. Behind Pride are people with and without disabilities, people with and without psychiatric diagnoses, and their supporters. Every year, the Glitter Crutch is awarded there.

The Glitter Crutch is a negative award. Not everyone receives this beautiful trophy covered in glitter and sparkles. It is intended for associations, companies, institutions, laws and individuals who have distinguished themselves in a particularly negative way by further marginalising or disadvantaging disabled and crazy people."
