Like his queer colleagues Kae Tempest and Moor Mother, Sheffield-born Otis Mensah doesn't like to draw a line between spoken word performance and hip-hop concert. Groovily infiltrating biblical parables and making Black History danceable - Otis Mensah succeeds in this like hardly anyone else of his generation.
