Beata Umubyeyi Mairesse will open this year's ILB with the speech "Strange New World" on the genocide of the Tutsi in Rwanda 30 years ago. This will be followed by an opening party from 21:30, at which many of the queer artists who will be involved in discussions and readings over the following days will be present.
