Rio Reiser was one of the most prominent gay figures in the German world of rock music till his death in the 90s. Now the Hans Otto Theater is bringing the icon’s story – and that of his band Ton Steine Scherben – to the stage. In the musical’s title role is Moritz von Treuenfels (pictured).
