Strong female figures are omnipresent in the output of German director Ula Stöckl, currently the subject of a film series at Arsenal. Tonight’s opening will include a screening of Erikas Leidenschaft. Later will be a conversation between the feminist filmmaker and queer activist Laura Méritt.
