Esteemed author Detlev Meyer would have turned 70 in February. Das Sonnenkind was the last novel he wrote before dying with AIDS in 1999. This evening, old friends and companions such as Matthias Freihof and Pierre-Sanossi Bliss (pictured) will remember Meyer with a reading and a talk.
