In her new dance piece, Joana Tischkau finds inspiration in the former hip-hop trend of pink fur tracksuits as popularized by Cam’ron in the early 00s. The choreographer puts an academic lens on the fashion statement to investigate social constructions such as race and gender. In German and English.
