The chamber music ensemble from the Netherlands presents Chopin's Piano Concerto in F minor, in which the Polish composer expressed his lifelong love for his childhood friend Tytus Woyciechowski. A very special LGBTIQ* moment: deeply touching and denied by many nationalists in Poland to this day. Also: “Souvenir de Florence” by Tchaikovsky. This was the city where the Russian composer was pretty wildly involved with Italian sex workers, as we know from his letters to his brother, who was also gay.
