The DSO, under the direction of Ingo Metzmacher, will perform Leonard Bernstein's monumental "Chichester Psalms" (1965), featuring Hebrew texts. The Berlin Radio Choir will join them, along with a boy from the State and Cathedral Choir for the famous solo. The program will be paired with Stravinsky's Symphony of Psalms. The concert on October 9th is a casual concert, with a DJ party afterward. The regular concert on October 10th will also include music by Lili Boulanger ("D'un soir triste" and "Du Fond de l'Abîme").
