The Jewish Museum is hosting an evening – in English – with the American author Eric Marcus, who will present interviews with eyewitnesses on the topic of ‘Queer Biographies under National Socialism’. These interviews were conducted as part of his podcast ‘Making Gay History’. Afterwards, Marcus, literary scholar Janin Afken and historian Kai Brust will discuss the challenges involved in researching LGBTIQ* biographies in archives and museum collections.
