The premiere of “Komm Beck” by the musical cabaret duo Kaiser & Plain took place just a month ago, and now its gay half, David Kaiser, is following up with “Von Tränen und Tropfen” (Of Tears and Drops), a program of chansons and 1920s hits at the same venue. In order to have a free hand for gesturing, the singing pianist is accompanied on the piano by Joachim Kuipers for this special occasion.
