To celebrate the end of the season, Deutsches Theater is throwing a “Queer-DT Summer Bash”. The organizers promise that this year’s party will take on “entirely new dimensions”, featuring drag, live music, and electronic sounds. Officially, the event is aimed at “Queers, Pride Allies, Bisexuals, Transsexuals, Pansexuals, Asexuals, Lesbians, Gays, Dykes, Butches, Femmes, T-Girls and T-Boys, Friends of Dorothy, Fairies, Kings, Queens, Fruits, Bears, Otters, Twinks, Jocks, Fags, Poofs, Members of the Lavender Mafia, Rainbow Warriors, Family Members, Very Close Friends, Alleged Roommates, and Other Suspected Homosexuals”.

In other words, everyone is welcome — “except racism, queerphobia, and any other form of hate.” The Pink & Silver awareness team will be present throughout the night and available to support guests whenever needed. Admission is free.

Program:

9:15–10:15 pm – Drag performances by Misztar.Somebody, Kylie Divon, and the trans* drag collective Rascals

10:15–11:00 pm – Live set by Juc (pronounced “Yoots”), blending voice, percussion, and electronic basslines into “hypnotic soundscapes between contemplation and catharsis”

11:00 pm–12:30 am – DJ set by LU, moving between underground electronic music, rave, and fast-paced techno

12:30–2:00 am – DJ set by TRANSAMOR, serving genre-fluid sounds between techno, ambient, and electronica

2:00–3:30 am – DJ set by Lynn Mayya, multimedia artist, DJ, and producer
