The Deutsches Sinfonie-Orchester Berlin plays the recently rediscovered music of the Black US composer Florence Price (1887-1953), in this case her “Adoration” in an arrangement for string orchestra. In addition, Beethoven, who many have declared to be a queer of color: “Egmont” Overture and Symphony No. 4, and Sunnyboy Joshua Bell will play Mendelssohn's popular violin concerto.
