Bisexual Drangsal mastermind and founder Max Gruber now considers his former solo project a band, which now includes multi-instrumentalists Lukas Korn and Marvin Holley. The emo-pop mix, sung in German and English with strong Tears for Fears and Morrissey references, hasn't changed much on Drangsal's latest album ("From none of my bridges that lie in ashes has a phoenix ever risen").

This impressive building from 1905/1906 has a long history behind it. Once a theater and cinema, then a hip concert location in the 80s, it has now returned to its roots under the name Metropol: a trendy location where current bands perform and massive parties are thrown – from hetero to queer to gay.
