Born in Chicago in 1997, trans man Baek Hwong was constantly asked the tiresome question of whether he was from "North or South Korea." As a form of self-empowerment, he chose the shortened version of that question ("NoSo?") as the project name for his personal and captivatingly melodic dreampop songs, which have already earned Hwong several invitations to the renowned NPR live format KEXP, as well as support slots for Lucy Dacus and Hozier. Now, NoSo is embarking on his first European headlining tour with his second album, "When Are You Leaving"!
