To conclude its exhibition Like a Whirlwind, f³ is showing short fi lms “The Tree” and “This Is Katherine” by Ida H. Eldøen today. The Norwegian fi lmmaker, known for her queer comedies and her commitment to lesbian visibility in fi lms, will be present at the screening.

Lesbian photographer couple Bolette Berg and Marie Høeg founded the Berg & Høeg photo studio in the southern Norwegian town of Horten in 1894. They created the first photographic cross-dressing images of the late 19th and early 20th century, radically questioning gender roles at the time.
