“Playing with Fire: An Ecosexual Emergency” is a life-affirming ecosexual documentary that emerged from the ashes of the devastating fires in California. When a bolt of lightning sets the redwood forest surrounding Annie Sprinkle and Beth Stephens’ home in Boulder Creek alight, the long-term lovers are forced to temporalily leave their house. They transform their loss and grief into ecosexual art, in which they understand fire as destructive, regenerative and erotic, blending humour, communal care, social justice and environmental awareness into a lush and fiery journey of transformation.

Following the film, Annie Sprinkle and Beth Stephens invite you to join some flaming ecosexuals for a hot “Ecosexual Wedding Ritual to Fire”. Beth and Annie will lead the ceremony, with Joy Brooke Fairfield hosting the programme.
