Since moving from Tel Aviv to Berlin 18 years ago, the queer pianist and singer has not only won over audiences in the German capital with her exalted electro-cabaret songs, but has also been discovered by international Krautrock fans thanks to her collaboration with the improv band Faust. At the release show for her ninth album, Weimar, the opening act will discuss the end of the Weimar Republic and the significance of censorship today, before the keys and drums are pounded in the usual manner.
