Founded in Düsseldorf in 1980, the quartet did not have to hide behind the candid confessions of their Berlin colleagues from Carambolage with songs such as “Sexueller Notstand” (Sexual Emergency). Their guitar-free, brutal punk rock was rediscovered around 2020 thanks to an extensive Östro 430 retrospective, and singer/saxophonist Martina Weith has been touring regularly under the old band name (and with a new line-up) ever since.
