For decades, it has been a tradition for students of the State School of Ballet and Circus Arts Berlin to present the fruits of their training—in the form of a festive gala—on the stages of Berlin’s opera houses every year. From the youngest pupils to the graduating class, students are integrated into a program that showcases the contemporary spirit, richness, and versatility of professional dance education, while simultaneously challenging these budding artists. They will demonstrate the full extent of their capabilities, thereby giving expression to their anticipation of a truly unique profession.
