Queer cabaret as a collective experiment in imagining life differently. The Dames want to create the Volksbühne as a place of reflection, celebration, and solidarity. In three acts, the New Year's Eve gala unfolds from a communal gathering into a characteristic performance by the Dames. This is complemented by contributions from invited artists and representatives of queer communities, ending with an afterparty. Grassroots organizations are also represented with information stands and activities.
