The gay UdK professor and stage director Mathias Noack presents his latest project with the second-year students of the Musical/Show program. It is titled Not My Fire and is based on an script by Laura Naumann.

It explores the following questions:
“What is our Earth worth to us? The environment? The climate? Do we really want to change anything? Are we willing to give something up? Is it possible to stay in a good mood in the face of horror? We are rehearsing the balancing act between message and entertainment. We want both: awareness and ecstasy. We want to entertain. We want to say and sing what no one actually wants to hear. Let’s get this party started!"
