In her work, Astfalck-Vietz humorously addresses gender roles in the Weimar Republic. To this end, she uses her camera to confidently show a wide range of possibilities for female identity. She develops a personal style with masks, theatrical poses and grotesque elements with which she addresses socio-political issues.

On display is a solo exhibition with over 140 works.
