A retrospective of the work of Berlin-based artist Katharina Kranichfeld (b. 1948): etchings, comics, drawings, objects, and collages spanning five decades that obsessively engage with sex and violence, desire, and power dynamics. The exhibition is complemented by a dual portrait of the artist—featuring photographs by Nila Löber and short prose by Lee Moor. It includes explicit depictions of sexuality and violence.

Queer Highlights: Since the 1970s, Kranichfeld has explored non-normative desire, BDSM iconography, and Catholic sacred aesthetics; she attended her first BDSM and play parties in her sixties. Also featured are photographer Nila Löber (who portrays individuals from the queer scene) and Lee Moor (dey/demm), whose texts address transgenerational FLINTA* connections.
