The vocal classes at the Jazz Institute, which now once again consist of several genders, present American standards and (Latin) soul classics that they have rehearsed this semester with their professors Céline Rudolph and Michael Schiefel (photo). Schiefel was a pioneer of gay vocal jazz in Berlin in the 1990s and will not miss the opportunity to join in with the young ensemble.
