After 18 years, the Belfast-based Ulster Youth Orchestra (UYO) returns to Young Euro Classic for the first time. The program features the rousing *Symphonic Dances* by Sergei Rachmaninoff—written at the same time as *The Children of Lir* by Sir Hamilton Harty, an Irish composer (1879–1941) who remains little known in this country.
