Movement and dance can serve as pathways to connect with ourselves and others—ways to find relaxation, grounding, and mindfulness. Along this journey, we may encounter the familiar, the entirely new, or perhaps simply that which we have forgotten. As a facilitator of therapeutic dance and an integrative dance therapist in training, I would like to explore these paths together with you and offer a space for you to connect with yourself. I warmly invite you to join me! I—Lena—am a staff member at the Kurmark Neighborhood and Family Center (operated by the Pestalozzi-Fröbel-Haus). I am currently pursuing training as an integrative dance therapist (having already completed my certification as a therapeutic dance facilitator) and wish to share the wonderful possibilities of dance and movement with others through my work in community outreach. This program is offered in cooperation with the Kurmark Neighborhood and Family Center.
