Movement and dance can serve as pathways to connect with ourselves and others—ways to find relaxation, grounding, and mindfulness. Along this journey, we may encounter the familiar, the entirely new, or perhaps simply that which we have forgotten. As a facilitator of therapeutic dance and an integrative dance therapist in training, I would like to explore these paths together with you and offer a space for you to connect with yourself.
