Dialogue-based self-help group for trans and nonbinary people with Borderline and/or C-PTSD (Complex post-traumatic stress disorder) in English

No need for a diagnosis. If you identify as trans or nonbinary and have long-lasting struggles from a traumatic childhood or youth, join us. We meet every first and third Wednesday of the month at 6.30 pm.

The group centers on self-help and community support, but none of us are mental health professionals. This is not therapy, just a safe space to share and listen.
