Singing awakens joy and a deeper connection to our feelings and intuition. Without the limiting expectation of singing "perfectly" or beautifully, we learn to discover ourselves through free toning and singing, and to unfold our creativity more freely and playfully in the moment. With deep breaths, we immerse ourselves in a connected, vibrant togetherness as we sing mantras and simple spiritual songs together. Gentle sounds guide us inward and allow us to relax more deeply.
