Our group was originally founded as a forum for women going through menopause. This period in our lives brought us together—with all its physical and emotional changes. But now we feel that we want to move on. To set out together for new horizons. We are women in the prime of life. We bear responsibility—for others and for ourselves. Between our careers, menopause, health concerns, relationships, and our own needs, we are searching for balance. And we don't just want to talk about challenges – we also want to celebrate the beautiful aspects of growing older. Our group is open to the topic of “growing older together.” We want to laugh, listen, grow, share experiences – and strengthen each other.
