The Poetry Festival Berlin returns June 11-17. Due to current circumstances, the festival, like last year, happens completely online. The program is nevertheless worth checking out: Under the overarching theme “There Lies Europe”, 150 authors and literary figures from nearly 40 countries take part in the numerous readings, discussions, and performances.

On June 16, the event "Queer-Bodied Voices" sheds light on the current situation of "non-heteronormative sexualities and identities" in Europe. Eduard Escoffet (photo), Jacek Dehnel, Anna Hetzer, Jay Bernard and Judith Kiros all participate in an evening of readings, moderated by Ricardo Domeneck, and explore the relationship between body, poetry and identity. Watch the stream for €3 or get a digital festival pass for €19.
